Visit Logan Canyon's Stokes Nature Center to "explore, learn about, develop appreciation and stewardship for our natural world." Lots of fun programs offered for the community and especially for the children.
Pre-schoolers, young children & parents
are invited to attend "Stories from Around the World" to hear
folktales from other cultures.
Time:
Free monthly family activities for families in Cache Valley. Meet every second Saturday in various outdoor locations for fun in nature! Bring your kids, grandkids, nieces, nephews, friends, etc! Outings focus on free range play, just kids and grownups exploring together!
"Working to reconnect children and families with nature in areas where they live, work & play!" Community meetings held last Tuesday of each month.
Open year-round to the public, visit their 152-acre nature preserve and education center, including 1.5 miles of walking trails; picnic tables, tree houses and exhibits. A variety of classes & workshops are also available.
